Camera and photo library
The game asks for camera access only when you open the Lure Forge, the Frost Lens or the portrait picker and choose to take a photo. In the Lure Forge the photo is analysed on the device for its dominant colour, brightness, saturation and texture to craft a lure; the analysis happens entirely in the app and the original photo is not kept unless you choose to keep it. In the Frost Lens the photo is processed on the device and, if you keep it, a frosted copy is stored inside the app.
Choosing an existing photo uses the system photo picker, so the app does not receive access to your library, only to the single image you pick. "Save to Photos" on a finished Frost Lens frame uses the add-only permission and writes one image to your library. The app never reads your library in the background and never uploads images anywhere. You can decline every permission and still play the whole game.
Tracking and third parties
The app does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the advertising identifier, does not include analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not sell or share data with anyone. The app's privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data types. The App Store privacy label for this app is "Data Not Collected".
Children
The game does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. There are no purchases, no chat, no user-generated content shared with others and no external links inside the game other than this policy and the support page.
Deleting your data
"Start a new reel" in Settings deletes the save file, the portrait and every Frost Lens frame stored in the app. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. Images you chose to save to Photos remain in your photo library until you delete them there.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Questions: [email protected] or the support page.
